Maker Modus Black UV Ink delivers vivid, outdoor-tough color for any printer that runs Ricoh Gen5 (MH5420/5440) printheads. We use it every day in our LED-UV flatbed printer with Ricoh Gen 5 printheads to produce professional and all-weather CornholeAce boards—the ink jets smoothly, cures instantly, and shrugs off sunlight, moisture and abrasion. Thanks to a nozzle-friendly formula, purge cycles and clog-related downtime are dramatically reduced versus many OEM inks, keeping throughput high and maintenance costs low. Ideal for commercial print shops and serious DIY creators alike, Maker Modus turns rigid boards, flexible media and specialty substrates into long-lasting, color-accurate graphics. Always ventilate your print room and wear gloves/eye protection when handling UV-curable ink.
