FedEx Holiday Delivery Guide

At Maker Modus, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Please review our policy below.

Shipping Coverage & Carriers

  • We currently ship to the continental United States only.
  • Orders ship via FedEx.
  • For quotes or questions, email contact@makermodus.com.
  • Once shipped, the package is under the carrier’s responsibility. Delays, damage, or transit issues must be handled with the carrier. Please use your tracking number to monitor delivery.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • No PO Boxes. Orders to PO Boxes may be canceled.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate addresses can cause delays or cancellation.

Order Processing

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days before shipment.
  • Sale items may require additional processing time.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Estimated Shipping Times

We ship from Virginia. Typical transit times:

  • East Coast: 1–3 business days
  • West Coast: 3–5 business days

Weather, holidays, or other events can occasionally cause delays outside our control.

Non-Holiday Shipping Guide

  • East Coast = states east of the Mississippi River.
  • West Coast = states west of the Mississippi River.

Cutoff Time:

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri, non-holiday) ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

Most orders use FedEx Home Delivery. Commercial addresses do not receive weekend deliveries; packages will arrive on the next non-holiday weekday.

You may select expedited shipping options at checkout; estimated lead times will be shown there.
